Services & Pricing

What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of cleaning services including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Each service can be customised to meet your specific needs.
How much does a cleaning service cost?
Our pricing depends on the type of service, size of the property, and frequency of cleaning. Home cleaning starts from £60, office cleaning from £100, and deep cleaning from £150. We offer discounts for regular bookings: 15% off for weekly, 10% off for fortnightly, and 5% off for monthly cleans.
Do you offer one-off cleaning services?
Yes! We offer both one-off cleans and regular cleaning schedules. One-off cleans are perfect for spring cleaning, moving in/out, or preparing for special events.
What's included in a standard clean?
Our standard clean includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower/bath), kitchen cleaning (surfaces, sink, appliances exterior), and general tidying. We can add extras like oven cleaning, interior windows, or laundry upon request.
What's the difference between a standard clean and deep clean?
A deep clean is more intensive and thorough. It includes everything in a standard clean plus cleaning inside appliances, deep cleaning of grout, detailed attention to often-missed areas like skirting boards and light fixtures, and more time spent on each room.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book online through our website, call us at 020 1234 5678, or email hello@cleanify.co.uk. We'll confirm your booking within 2 hours and match you with a suitable cleaner.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee. You can manage your bookings through our website or by contacting us directly.
What are your working hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Sunday cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. We can accommodate early morning or evening slots to suit your schedule.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for regular cleans and 1 week for deep cleans. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests when possible.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We try our best to send the same cleaner for regular bookings as we know consistency is important. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll notify you and send an equally qualified team member.

Our Cleaners

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Absolutely. All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks, including DBS (criminal record) checks, right to work verification, and reference checks. We're fully insured for public liability up to £5 million.
What training do your cleaners receive?
Every cleaner completes our comprehensive training programme covering cleaning techniques, product safety, customer service, and health & safety. They also receive ongoing training to stay updated on best practices.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment at no extra cost. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know.
What eco-friendly products do you use?
We've partnered with leading eco-friendly brands to use plant-based, biodegradable cleaning products that are effective yet gentle on the environment. All products are free from harsh chemicals and safe for homes with children and pets.

Payment & Policies

How do I pay for the service?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. For regular bookings, we can set up automatic payments for your convenience. Payment is due after the cleaning is completed.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, many of our clients provide us with a key or access code. We have secure key holding procedures in place. Alternatively, you can leave a key with a neighbour or use a lockbox.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of the clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to address any issues at no extra charge.
Do you cover all areas of London?
Yes, we cover all London boroughs including Central, North, South, East, and West London. We also serve some surrounding areas. Enter your postcode on our booking page to confirm coverage.
What happens if something gets damaged?
In the rare event of accidental damage, please inform us immediately. We're fully insured, and genuine claims will be handled promptly and professionally. We take photographs before and after for documentation.
